Sassenach CMS 1.0 Progress
Almost 9 months have passed since the last release of Sassenach CMS. For some of that time, the project has laid dormant due to lack of time, but there has been the odd flurry of progress.
Tonight, I committed some new code to the Sassenach CMS Launchpad project. The latest work features a thoroughly revised backend and a global dashboard. It is still some way off from another official release, but feel free to play around with the code as it is.
I do not recommend using this code on live websites. I don't even run it on mine yet. There are probably a few gaping errors with it as it is the merging of three modified versions of Sassenach 0.9.
Features still to be added in this release: documentation, user account control, profiles, ajax implementation, new default styling. Some of these may be put back to an incremental release, but we'll see how it goes...
